AÂ Nigerian human right activist, Writer, best selling author and an ex-aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan, Bemigho Reno Omokri, has launched a protest to kick Nigerian President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), out of Paris, France where he travelled to on Sunday for an official assignment.
The activist who masterminded the #HarassBuhariOutOfLondon protest last month is set to kick-start another protest with hashtag #HarassBuhariOutOfParis, asking the President to return back to Nigeria and solve the loads of problems the nation is battling at the moment.
The presidential spokesperson, Garba Shehu, had earlier disclosed that President Buhari landed safely in Paris on Sunday for a 4-day official visit to attend the African Finance Summit.
Reno, in a series of tweets posted on his official, verified Twitter handle @renoomokri, disclosed the reason why he’s calling for the president to return to Nigeria, citing the increasing insecurity in the country.

He also added that France President would never leave his country to attend a meeting in another country if they are facing the same problem Nigeria is battling.

Reno Omokri, while launching the protest, called on all Nigerians living in Paris, that love their country to join the #HarassBuhariOutOfParis peaceful protest that is slated to kick-start at 12 noon, Paris Time, given their converging venue to be Temporary Exhibition Centre, in front of the Eiffel Tower.
