The report of a 22 years old Bamise Ayanwole gruesomely murdered when she boarded a BRT bus last Friday has been in the media space. She was kidnapped and later murdered by some people carrying weapons on the BRT while the driver was also on board. Although the driver of the bus on which Bamise was murdered has been arrested, the real people behind the dastardly act are yet to been unravelled.
However, the arrested driver, Andrew Nice, has been very useful in the course of the investigation. He is presently assisting the police in the investigation to unravelled those behind the killing.
The decision of the BRT operators to suspend operation is understood to be temporary, as they are likely to resume operation in the coming days.
