A Kwara State Ex-governor and former Nigeria Senate President, Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki, has flooded Kwara his presidency campaign posters for ahead of 2023.
Recall that Saraki was embarrassed and voted out of the Senate by the people of Kwara State in the last general election.
He was also dethroned as the political godfather in Kwara with the popular and widely trended “O to ge” campaign during the election in 2019, but it seems he has backed with full force this time around, seeking to contest for president of this nation come 2023.
The campaign poster which contained the logo of the top opposition party, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), were said to be pasted at some strategic places at Ilorin, the Kwara State Capital.
Among the dominant wording on the campaign posters were the inscriptions such as “Sen. Dr Abubakar Bukola Saraki for President 2023”, “Saraki is Back”, “Saraki 2023 let’s grow Nigeria” and so on.
According to today.ng, no information has been gathered from Saraki about the new development as the efforts to speak to his media aide, Yusuf Olaniyonu, on the issue were not successful because he’s yet to respond to calls and text message being sent to his phone as at the time of filing this report.
