Recall that the house of Sunday Igboho located at the Soka area of Ibadan was invaded by unknown gunmen in the early hours of Thursday. Some reports suggested that two people were killed while seven others were abducted.
The attack seems to be targeted at dissuading Sunday Igboho from going on with the proposed July 3rd rally slated to hold in Lagos. And coincidentally, those abducted from his house were only released after he declared that the proposed rally has been suspended.
