A former Anambra State Firstlady, Mrs Ebelechukwu Obiano, who was controversially slapped by the wife of the former Biafran warlord, Bianca Ojukwu, has again been caught in another controversy after being sighted in a video spraying money carelessly in a party.
In a viral video now circulating on internet, Mrs Obiano was seen dressed like a slay mama, appeared drunk and was spraying money extravagantly while being cheered by other ladies in her company.
It should be recalled that after having a squirmish with Bianca Ojukwu on the inauguration day of the new Anambra State governor, Prof. Charles Soludo, where she was reportedly given a dirty slap, Mrs Obiano had come open to apologize to the people of Anambra, while also declaring her intention to run for a Senatorial seat in Anambra state.
This new video where the former governor’s wife dressed like a common slay queen while also spraying money extravangtly is insensitive to the plight of average Nigerians who are currently finding it difficult to make a living, given that she was a wife of a governor who just completed an eight-years, two-term tenure as a public officer.
Since leaving office in March, her husband, the former governor of Anambra state, has been enmeshed in corruption charges levelled against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) of which he has not been cleared. And seeing the wife spending so extravangtly in a public gathering does not give good image to her husband and herself.
