Tinubu Is Like A Fine Wike, His Age Is No Disadvantage

We talked about how Nigeria had been unlucky to have several unprepared presidents who were only trusted with the highest political office without any clear-cut economic blueprints to navigate the affairs of the nation. Some of these people had no understanding of finance and economy, but only relied on the advice of the so-called experts who actually didn’t have deep-rooted understanding of our problems as a nation.

Like I said, Jonathan was not prepared, circumstance brought him; Yaradua was not prepared, Obasanjo just drafted him into the contest the last hour; Obasanjo himself was not prepared, the Northern military cabal installed him. The present leader seemed prepared as that explains why he contested several times, but he himself does not have deep understanding of finance and economy. He only relied on the advise of those he considered as professionals around him.

For the first time in our history, a Tinubu who has seen it all is poised to be the president.

As an Accountant of international repute, who worked for several years with American top-notch companies, namely: Arthur Andersen, Deloitte, Haskins & Sells, and GTE Services Corporation, and retired as the Treasurer of the Exxon Mobil Nigeria, he has deep knowledge of finance and economy. And as a former governor and Senator, his wealth of experience in participatory governance is second to none. Tinubu is a top-notch strategic thinker and a political sage with the intellectual capacity to produce the right kind of leadership.

Without recourse to character assasination being employed by his political enemies, Tinubu has the brain and the ability to lead with competence and integrity.

TINUBU is adequately prepared for the presidential job. He will be the first president that can understand NIGERIA financial report without the help of an economic adviser, being a vast and experienced accountant himself.

You may be wrong to think that his age would affect his capability. Tinubu is like a fine wine, he gets better with age. And the best of him, you are yet to see.
