Yoruba activist and Traditionalist, Chief Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Igboho, who has been in exile since the Department of State Services (DSS), attacked his residence has finally been located by the Intelligence community in Nigeria.
Recall that, a few weeks ago, the residence of the Yoruba Nation agitator located at the Soka area in Ibadan, the Oyo capital, was invaded by the DSS. The security agency alleged the activist of stockpiling weapons which includes rifles, bullets and machetes in his house and therefore, declared him wanted.
Meanwhile, two of his aides were killed during a gun battle between them and the men of the DSS, while twelve other associates, including a woman, are being detained.
Following this, the Yoruba Nation agitator go on exile and his whereabouts since then was unknown but the intelligence community in Nigeria has now declared they have located his hideout.
Daily Post has gathered on Tuesday night, during a discussion with a source close to federal that the government already identified Sunday Igboho’s hiding place.
“Many people are yet to fully understand the meaning of Federal Government. Few days after Igboho’s place was breached, intelligence services detected his exact spot,” the source said.
The source added that the power that the government of any country wields should not be underestimated by anyone, adding that the thought that the secessionist thinks he’s hiding should be erased.
The source stressed that the Nigerian government knows where he is, but they are restraining from arresting him due to tactical reasons.

When the source was asked what he meant by “tactical reasons”, he said the government cautioned in order not to increase the tension in the South-West and the country. He also disclosed that Sunday Igboho is still in Nigeria and keeping safe.
“They want to arrest him. He is laying low which is the right thing to do. We continue to monitor developments”, he added.
