Former Governor of Ekiti State and a member of People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Ayodele Fayose has referred to President Muhammadu Buhari as a national mishap and should be forced to resign due to high-level of security challenges in the country.
Fayose stated this while reacting to the series of killings and kidnapping by bandits, Fulani herdsmen, unknown gunmen and Boko Haram currently happening in Nigeria.
The PDP chieftain reiterated that nothing is wrong with Nigeria as country and Nigerians as a people.
In his word, he said President Buhari is the Jonah in our boat, Nigeria and he has to leave. He added:
“Nothing is wrong with Nigeria as a country and Nigerians as a people.

“Buhari is the national mishap and the Jonah in our boat.
Speaking further, he noted that the insecurity is one too many and painfully and Nigerians will have to endure till 2023 when they will able to make the better choice that will lead the country to the promised land.
“I pray God keeps us till then,” he wrote.
