Nigerian President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has joined the new social media platform, Threads.
The platform, owned by Meta, founded by none other than Mark Zuckerberg, has witnessed a surge in sign-ups, with over 10 million people joining following Elon Musk’s implementation of stringent measures on Twitter.
President Tinubu wasted no time in making his presence known on Threads, as he shared his inaugural video as the country’s leader.
The president captions it, “My fellow Tailors, Idan has landed.”
Since joining the platform, President Tinubu has amassed an impressive following of more than 28,000 individuals.
