The officers of the Nigerian Police who ran over a handcuffed man in Edo state have reportedly been arrested on the order of the acting Inspector General of Police (IGP), Kayode Egbetokun.
In a viral video that trended on social media, some unidentified police officers used a Sienna Car to run over a handcuffed man in Edo, an act that has been condemned by many Nigerians.
However, after the intervention of the IGP, the police authorities fish out and arrested the officers who engaged in such bad habits and promised to subject every one of them to deserved punishment.
