Nigerian comic skit maker, actor and activist, Debo Adedayo, popularly known as Mr Macaroni, has shown his excitement after the Manchester United star, Cristiano Ronaldo displayed a champion performance against Tottenham Hotspur in their weekend English Premier League match.
The comedian who happens to be a Man United fan took to his official Twitter handle, @mrmacaronii, to celebrate his club’s deserved victory over a very strong EPL side with the help of their talisman, Cristiano.
In the game, Ronaldo put the Red Devils up in the 12th minutes into the game with a fantastic strike from outside the box before the game was levelled by English striker, Hary Kane from the penalty kick.
The 5-time Ballon d”Or winner scores again before the end of the first half after he converted a perfect square pass from Jadon Sancho in the 38th minute.
Antonio Conte’s side refused to bowl down for the Red Devils as kept putting pressure on the United’s defence which led to Hary Maguire’s own goal in the 72nd minute. Cristiano Ronaldo would then seal the victory for Man United in just 8 minutes before the end of the game with a powerful header.
This, therefore, triggered the excitement from the Nigerian popular comedian and he took to his Twitter account to appreciate Ronaldo for delivering the victory for United. He was so excited that he offered to release his daughter for the Portuguese to marry.
