Nigerian Nollywood actor and filmmaker, Chidi Mokeme has recently spoken about the tribalism faced by citizens during the 2023 Governorship and state assembly elections precisely in the Western state as he pondered on the recent events that played out as well as the narrative some people have formed about ethnic groups.

The actor expressed himself on his social media page, stating how people who aren’t Hausa or Yoruba are all labelled as Igbo people all of a sudden, and how the supposed Igbo people are perceived to all be a threat from Anambra state.
