Daniel Bwala, spokesperson of Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), on Friday, expressed his opinion that any Nigerians that are expecting something good from Tinubu’s administration will be disappointed.
Bwala emphasized that, in a country that its oil revenues are declining, and having high level of corruption, it will be extremely difficult for the incoming administration to make any significant changes in the near future.
In a statement released via his official Twitter account, Bwala expressed pessimism about Nigeria’s future. He cited such problems as declining oil revenues, widespread oil theft, rampant corruption, inadequate infrastructure, a burdensome taxation system and the recent elimination of fuel subsidies. And he warned that those still hoping for a new government have renewed their hopelessness.
