An irate Nigerian man has drawn reactions from people on social media after he lamented vapid Naira value compared to the United States Dollar.
Taking to his personal Twitter handle, the Nigeria man identified with his Twitter username, @fineboytunde_, showed his concern about his country’s futile currency, stating a bitter truth that if one works hard and earn one Naira (N1) every day, the total accumulated money such a person would make in a year cannot be as valuable as one Dollar ($1).
Fineboy Tunde, in his tweet, said the difference between 1Naira and 1USD is so big that even if you earn 1Naira everyday you won’t make 1USD in a year.
Judging by his analysis, it is crystal clear that he has presented a bitter but true claim if we consider the escalating official Naira to Dollar rate. According to www.exchangerate.org.uk, today 20th of March, 2022, $1 is equivalent to 415.92 Naira, which justified the fact that if someone makes 1Naira everyday, in one year such person would not make $1.
