A latest movie by a popular Nigerian filmmaker, Funke Akindele titled “A Tribe Called Judah” has broken multiple records across Nigeria and West Africa.
Funke Akindele popularly known as Jenifa is undoubtedly a formidable presence, having broken records just three days after her highly anticipated release on December 15.
Taking to her official social media pages to celebrate the milestone her latest movie reached, Funke thanked God, the cast and crew of A Tribe Called Judah, as well as her Nigerian fans.
The actress claimed to have achieved the ultimate cinematic triumph in 2023 and expressed pride in her work.
The greatest opening for a Funke Akindele film, the biggest opening in Nollywood history, A Tribe Called Judah is the top movie in Nigeria and West Africa, among many other records.
