The Chief Executive Officer of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg’s newly launched social media platform, Threads has reached 100 million sign ups in just five days after its launch.
This was disclosed in a statement released by Zuckerberg via his official threads page, revealing that the App reached the landmark over the weekend.
The statement reads;
“Threads reached 100 million sign ups over the weekend. That’s mostly organic demand and we haven’t even turned on many promotions yet. Can’t believe it’s only been 5 days!
Threads, since its launch, has been accepted by people across the world as it was compared to already existing and one of the most popular microblogging social media platforms, Twitter.
