A Nigerian Man identified as Tobi Dickson has allegedly ran mad in Istanbul Turkey.
In a viral video circulating on the internet, the young man was seen displaying madness in the street of Istanbul, running into the cars of the passers by when he has removed his cloth, remaining only trouser on his body.
Mr Dickson is allegedly one of the Nigerian big boys living in the one of the biggest city in Turkey.
