Declination of My Appointment As Member of Oyo State Governor And Presidential Campaign Committee

I, Arabinrin Ganiat Olawore, a former House of Assembly candidate of the APC in the 2019 election and a former aide to late Gov. Abiola Ajimobi beg to decline my appointment as a member of the Oyo state governor and presidential campaign Committee under the category of Gender inclusion, Voter Sensitisation and Assessment, where my name appeared at number 666.

While I appreciate the inclusion of my name as a mark of honour on my personality and personal contribution to the growth of our great party in Oyo state, my rejection of the appointment is hereby in good faith, having been previously named as a Member of the National Presidential Campaign Committee and also a Member of the Women Wing of the APC Presidential Women Campaign Committee under the leadership of the state coordinator in the person of Dr Mrs Florence Ajimobi.

It should be of note that the two aforementioned appointments preceded the recent one thrusted upon me by Oyo State Governor and Presidential Campaign Committee; and it will be sacrosanct to let go of this esteemed position to be able to serve to my full capacity in the other two committees where I had already been inaugurated.

I hereby thank Oyo State Party echelon for the recognition. I do promise that we will all work together for the actualisation of our party’s ascension to power in 2023.
